About the job

To provide a supporting role in maximising sales through ensuring deliveries are actioned and stock and visual merchandising standards are maintained throughout the store. In the absence of the management team to be accountable and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the store.

Experience Preferred.
Monitors and drives customer first culture in order to maximise sales and create a memorable shopping experience.
Ensures that the team has clear direction and is fully motivated in line with management objectives. Seeks and provides support and guidance where needed.
Plans and manages workload by delegating effectively and always follows up to ensure positive outcome.
Strives to achieve excellent visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines.
Ability to adopt a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business.
Utilises all available information to ensure that stock control standards are implemented and maintained and replenishment is actioned in line with company directives.
To seek opportunities to develop and to learn from past experiences with a view to improving future performance. Ensure personal development plans are kept live.
To take ownership of any problems as they arise and always seek a satisfactory outcome ensuring Line Management are kept informed.
Communicates confidently and effectively at all levels to share knowledge and ideas to drive the Business forward.
To adhere to all company regulations regarding Policies, Procedures, Health & Safety and Security.
