Are you a high calibre retail store manager interested in leading the highest turnover Vision Express store in Scotland?

This role will be based in the Bon Accord centre in Aberdeen and the successful candidate will be supported by 2 Assistant Managers to lead a team of 20 Retail Assistants and 6 Clinical Professionals running 5 eyecare clinics per day. This is a store with an exciting future and the Store Manager will be central to achieving our strategic goals.

As a Store Manager at Vision Express, you’ll be responsible for leading the culture of your store, you’ll be accountable for the management of day-to-day operations, and you’ll motivate and inspire your team to deliver in our mission to help provide tailored and effective eyecare and eyewear solutions to customers every day.

Although the hours of this role are advertised, if this sounds like the role for you, we’d love to hear about your ideal working week. Whether this is hours to fit around the school run or you prefer a compressed week – we are open to discussing flexible options with you further.
